Special Thanks to Stephanie Radford for this new addition to the hearing loss resource page.
This website provides an American Sign Language Resource Guide with an array of resources and websites.
SpeechReading in Context
This is a guide for practice in everyday settings such as school, doctor's office, commands, questions, and other common settings. The clinician can have the client practice through role playing with different scenarios.
Interactive Loudness Scale
This is an interactive loudness scale that is used to gauge the decibel level of sounds around the client. By clicking on the decibel levels it allows the clinet to hear what sound is presented at each level.
American Sign Language
This is a site that features different categories (i.e. conversational phrases, signs for babies) for various signs.
Let me know what resources/activities you incorporate in your lesson plans for individuals with Hearing Loss.
