One reason I am excited about becoming an SLP is because I will get to work with patients and their caregivers to provide functional gains that will not only improve their communication, but also their lives.

Only two more months until graduation!! I absolutely cannot WAIT to become a clinically certified/licensed SLP!! **insert happy dance here** Woo!!! =D

I am excited to become an SLP because I love making a difference in the world. So many people have poured into my life. I feel it is my duty to equip people with the necessary skills to be successful in life no matter the disorder/delay/disability. May 2015 I am so ready for you!

I'm excited to become an SLP to positively impact the diverse lives of the people we work with! I remember being in speech therapy for /r/ in elementary school. My SLP made such a difference in my life! I hope to do that for others too. I also love the flexibility of working with adults and children in a multitude of settings.
